Commercial

The commercial imperative need not overwhelm the aesthetic one. At Hypostyle, we design buildings fit-for-purpose, driven by commercial realities - but we try to inject this process with a real sense of individuality.

Our work encompasses commercial HQs designed to reflect corporate image, retail centre masterplanning and the highly specialised airport sector. Retail is now the most profitable operation within many of the world's major airports and Hypostyle has worked with clients such as BAA to create airport environments that encourage passenger free flow and maximise retail opportunities, all within a secure framework.
