Queen Elizabeth Square

Part of the Queen Elizabeth Square masterplan (also designed by Hypostyle), this tenemental city block is arranged around a communal garden, with traditional streets on three sides. On the fourth side of the Square, however, Hypostyle designed a series of villa blocks arranged along a mews lane.

Contemporary in design, with high standards of spatial, design, heat and sound insulation, these dual-frontage townhouses face onto both the mews lane and the communal gardens. Both the houses and flats have been designed with structure-free floor plates to allow easy conversion or refurbishment at any future date.

Project Value:
£8 Million
