River Clyde Homes – Port Glasgow

Planning Permission has recently been granted for a number of new build residential developments for River Clyde Homes in Port Glasgow, Inverclyde.

Hypostyle has worked closely with the Client, local community and as part of the Design Team to deliver proposals for the developments listed below:

Woodhall Masterplan, Port Glasgow
Outline Planning Consent has been granted for the regeneration of the Woodhall area of Port Glasgow with a mix of units for social rented accommodation, private sale and community facilities. 
Full Planning Consent has been granted for the first phase of this development, which comprises 102 units off Parkhill Avenue and Broadfield Avenue.  The majority of dwellings for the site have been designed as split level to take account of the challenging site topography.

Oronsay, Port Glasgow
Development of 64 units comprising two storey, semi-detached and terraced dwellings off Oronsay Avenue, Port Glasgow.

Moray Road, Port Glasgow
Development of 32 units off Moray Road, Port Glasgow.  The development comprises detached, semi-detached and terraced units.  Some units have been designed as split level to take account of the site topography with a number of units designed specifically to accommodate full wheelchair access.
