Hypostyle led refurbishment works to a Category B listed buildings in Edinburgh to accommodate the Turkish Consulate and Consular Residence for the Turkish Consul General. The existing buildings are within the Edinburgh World Heritage site as designated by UNESCO.

The interiors of the properties were considered to be in good condition but have been refurbished to meet the standards of the Turkish Consul General with a traditional Turkish aesthetic. Furthermore, security standards throughout the buildings were improved to meet the design brief. The completed Turkish Consulate included features such as: security areas with full-body and baggage scanners, offices, a strong room, seminar rooms and a new passenger lift. The completed Consular Residence features new bedrooms, living spaces and reception rooms.
